Your purchased merchandise will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving your order. There are no refunds except for items damaged during shipping.  I will do my best to ensure that any breakable items are properly packaged to avoid any damage in the shipping process. However, if you receive a damaged item, please send a photo of the item in the package along with an explanation of the damage that was incurred. Please send this within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise to email luckystoneartstudio@gmail.com.
